PER CURIAM:

This appeal from a conviction for mail theft, 18 U.S.C. § 1708, is frivolous. The judgment of the District Court is affirmed without oral argument.

Penny was indicted for stealing from an authorized depository for mail matter "a letter addressed to Louise Artis for William E. Johnson * * *." Copious evidence was introduced to show that Penny had stolen from an authorized mail depository an envelope containing a check made out to Louise Artis...
