Exchequer, a vessel owned and operated by defendant American Export Isbrandtsen Lines, Inc., while the ship was in Hoboken, N. J. American Export filed a third-party complaint under F.R. Civ.P. 14(a) against Atlantic & Gulf Stevedores, Inc...
