Charles Booksh sued under a written contract for an oil and gas production payment in the sum of $27,500.00. The owners of the land were joined as defendants. They are Dewey D. Angelloz and his twelve children who had inherited an interest from their mother, Arthur A. Angelloz and his mineral assignees Paul and Charles Angelloz and Elizabeth Angelloz Perry. Merl D. Wiggins and James Lieux were joined as defendants...
