INZER, Justice.
This is an appeal by Paul Box from a decree of the Chancery Court of Montgomery County awarding appellee Mrs. Margie McKnight a judgment as a result of an action to enforce a performance bond for child support. We affirm.
There is no conflicting evidence in this case. It establishes that appellee secured a divorce from her husband William Woodrow McKnight and the decree granting the divorce awarded appellee the custody of the three children...
