Plaintiff Frank Chevrolet Company, a Chevrolet dealer in Chardon, Ohio, from 1958 to 1965, brings suit against defendant General Motors Corporation for damages pursuant to the so-called Automobile Dealers' Day in Court Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1222 (1964).
