This is a petitory action instituted by Mrs. Elizabeth Fuller Humble and Mrs. Catherine Fuller Stark against T. J. Dewey, Sr. Plaintiffs demand judgment decreeing them to be the owners of a six-acre tract of land in Beauregard Parish. Defendant answered claiming title by acquisitive prescription of thirty years to the western portion of that tract, comprising about four and one-half acres.
