This proceeding involves a claim made under our Workmen's Compensation Law. The claimant alleged that her husband died as a result of injury by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment by the American Colloid Company. After hearing, the Deputy Industrial Commissioner made findings of fact and conclusions of law sustaining her claim and awarded her the statutory compensation for death and costs.
