This action grows out of a collision at the intersection of Bird Street and Second Avenue, north of Interstate 80 in Polk County on July 15, 1965 about 5:20 P.M. Plaintiff Wilson was driving north on Second Avenue, a four-lane divided street. He collided with defendants' bus which had come through the Bird Street intersection and was athwart Second Avenue.
