Jimmy O'Day and George Secco were murdered near Palmer, Alaska, in May of 1966. Appellant, Noe Flores, was thereafter indicted on two counts of murder in the first degree. After trial a superior court jury found appellant guilty of murder in the first degree as to Jimmy O'Day's death and returnd a verdict of manslaughter concerning the death of George Secco.
