DIMOND, Justice.

A jury found appellant guilty of two counts of perjury and of being an accessory after the fact to the felony of murder in the first degree. This appeal followed.

Appellant had testified as a witness for the defense at the trial of George Fajeriak who was convicted of first degree murder. At appellant's trial his testimony in the Fajeriak trial was introduced in evidence by the prosecution. Appellant...
