The appellants Jacob and Louise Jensen filed a claim for $20,000 in the Probate Court of Clay County against the Estate of John Robert McCall, deceased. From the briefs it appears that the Estate presented no evidence at the hearing in probate court and judgment was rendered for the claimants from which the Estate appealed.
