Defendant, Al H. German, has taken this appeal from the judgment of the trial court awarding petitioners Charles D. Arceneaux, Mary Abigail Arceneaux and Charles D. Arceneaux, Jr. damages for the alleged wrongful death of Mrs. Jacqueline Gail Arceneaux, wife and mother of petitioners, respectively.
