Plaintiff, Asa J. Landry, individually and in behalf of his minor son, Kenneth Landry, claims damages for personal injuries sustained by the son as the result of a two-car motor vehicle collision. One of the automobiles involved in the collision was being driven by Adam Cormier, Jr., and the other was being driven by Curtis Joseph Mott.
