This appeal is from a judgment entered on a verdict returned for the appellee who had filed a claim against the appellant estate for alleged services rendered to appellant's decedent by appellee. The overruling of appellant's motion for new trial is the sole assignment of error. In its brief appellant divides its argument under headings designated I through X inclusive and in this opinion we shall discuss them accordingly.
