Puckett, seeking to expropriate a strip of land owned by the defendant located in Lot E of Block 39 of Suburb Gracie of the City of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, which property fronted 29 feet on North 22nd Street, and ran back approximately 18.30 feet in depth.
