Fred Kanter instituted this action to recover damages for injuries allegedly sustained as a result of a collision between automobiles operated by Kanter and by William Trueheart. Trueheart defaulted and judgment was entered against him in the amount of $2,000. Kanter then caused a writ of summons in garnishment to issue against Prudence Mutual Casualty...
