Plaintiff, Cleveland Guillot, instituted this suit to compel defendants to return to him a tractor-type mowing machine, or in the alternative, to recover from defendants the value of that machine. The suit was instituted against the heirs of Amadeus Adams, deceased. The trial court rendered judgment in favor of plaintiff, ordering defendants to return the mowing machine to plaintiff.
