This appeal by plaintiff, Emile Catalanotto, is from the judgment of the trial court dismissing appellant's demand against defendant, Associates Discount Corporation (Associates) for damages for alleged wrongful seizure of plaintiff's automobile via executory process, pursuant to defendant's exception of no cause of action.
