Gersten, appeals from a decree which (1) dismissed plaintiff's claim for a one-half interest in real estate held in a land trust, or its proceeds; (2) determined that a stock certificate held by plaintiff was a nullity; and (3) on unpaid notes admittedly executed by plaintiff, the decree awarded defendant a judgment against plaintiff...
