This was an action of assumpsit under the terms of a lease, for the recovery of $1300.00 alleged to be due as rents. Defendant pleaded in short by consent the general issue. The cause was tried on issue joined on this plea. The jury awarded plaintiff the sum of $600.00, and defendant appeals.
