Defendant, Transamerica Insurance Co. (Transamerica) has taken this appeal from a judgment awarding plaintiff, Jewel B. Cotten, damages for personal injuries and property losses sustained in an intersectional collision involving an automobile operated by plaintiff and an unmarked police vehicle owned by defendant's insured, the East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's office. At the time of the accident the police car was being driven on an emergency call...
