This is a tort action based upon a bailment contract and is a suit for the allegedly negligent fire loss of the bail property in possession of the bailee. The issue was submitted to a jury of the First Circuit Court District of Hinds County, Mississippi, resulting in a verdict in favor of the bailee, L.M. Jacobs.
