This cause is in this court on appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Ross County finding defendant guilty of the crime of perjury.

In a previous bastardy case, Robert Bayless was the defendant therein. Two friends. Louis Tyler and Weldon Thomas, testified that they had had relations with Sharon Brown, the prosecuting witness in the bastardy case, at about the time she alleged defendant had relations with her causing...
