This matter comes before us on a motion to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Burleigh County, North Dakota. The plaintiff, Viola M. Keller, instituted a suit for separate maintenance in December 1967. The defendant, Pius J. Keller, appealed from an accompanying temporary order.
