This action arises out of a claim by Central Heat, Inc., a Washington corporation, for money due under an agreement to furnish steam heat to the premises of the Daily Olympian, Inc., also a Washington corporation. Suit was brought on May 2, 1965. The trial court found the defendant liable, but held that the statute of limitations, as set forth in RCW 4.16.080, barred the bulk of the claim, which accrued prior to May...
