OPINION

DIMOND, Justice.

Appellant, Louis Hobbs, was injured when he fell on a stairway located on an off shore oil well drilling platform in Cook Inlet. He brought this action for damages against appellees. The superior court granted summary judgment in favor of appellees and this appeal followed.
