This is an appeal by the administrator of one Goldstein, plaintiff in a diversity action brought to recover for the death of Goldstein in the crash of a private airplane, in which the jury found for the defendants. Goldstein was a guest passenger, and the principal defendant was Chartier, the pilot of the plane. The facts, so far as known, were relatively undisputed. Goldstein was dead, and while Chartier...
