The Board petitions for enforcement of its order against Respondent, reported at 161 N.L.R.B. 136. We grant the petition and enforce. Briefly, our views as to Respondent's objections1 to enforcement are as follows:

The fact alone that the Examiner and the Board uniformly credit the Board's witnesses and discredit those of the Respondent is not enough to establish that the hearing was unfair...
