Robert C. Hipps, d/b/a Bob Hipps Co., an appliance retailer, brings this writ of error to a judgment which denied his claim for damages resulting from the loss of his merchandise in a warehouse fire. The warehouse owners, Jack L. Hennig and Helen E. Hennig, d/b/a Mountain States Bonded Warehouse, appear here as the defendants in error, and will be referred to collectively as Hennig.
