Plaintiffs Soter sued the defendants Boyce claiming damage for wrongful interference with plaintiffs' right of contract. On the basis of pleadings, affidavits and documentary evidence submitted the district court granted the motion of the defendants Boyce to dismiss on the ground that the plaintiffs did not show a basis upon which relief could be granted.
