JONES, Justice:

Appellant was convicted in the Circuit Court of Jackson County of receiving stolen property of sufficient value to render the offense a felony, and he was sentenced to a term of five years in the penitentiary, hence this appeal.

There are three assignments of error: one alleges that the State failed to prove value of the property received, which consisted of a large number of United States Postal money orders; one charges that the indictment...
