SMITH, Justice:

Thomas S. Carroll was convicted of attempted burglary in the Circuit Court of Forrest County, Mississippi, and sentenced to serve a term of four years in the penitentiary. This appeal is from that conviction.

The principal argument for reversal is addressed to the proposition that the indictment is insufficient in that it charges that the building sought to be burglarized was the building "leased and occupied by Nell Waldrup, doing business...
