This is an appeal from an action in the circuit court of Jefferson County, Alabama, wherein plaintiff, as beneficiary under a policy of accidental death insurance, written by the defendant below (appellant here) brought suit for benefits claimed under the policy as a result of the accidental death of the insured, one Paul J. Aaron. The sum claimed was $2,200, and the basis of the claim was that the insured Aaron's death was the result of an accident...
