This is an action in tort wherein plaintiff, Christell Watts, in her individual capacity and as natural tutrix of the minor, Betty Jean Watts, seeks to recover of the Town of Homer and of the Claiborne Parish School Board damages for personal injuries allegedly sustained by the minor as a result of the collapse of playground equipment in a park established by the defendants adjacent to the Mayfield School in the Town of Homer.
