This is a damage suit resulting from a collision of appellee's Volkswagen with a truck loaded with pipe going from Lone Star Steel Company to some place near Frankston, Texas. The truck was owned by appellant T. E. Mercer Trucking Company and was being operated by appellant C. S. Mills at the time of the collision.
