ROGOSHESKE, Justice.

This appeal requires us to review a "MEMORANDUM AND ORDER" of the trial court resulting from a noncustodial father's postjudgment motion seeking a modification of a divorce decree with respect to custody of two daughters, visitation rights, and support payments. In denying the motion for change of custody, the court ordered judgment against the father for $2,400, representing accrued support payments which the father had refused...
