Victor Nye Wilson, claimant-respondent, was employed as an equipment operator by appellant, Gardner Associated, Inc., insured by appellant, Truck Insurance Exchange. Wilson, after being injured July 20, 1965, in a fall from an employer-owned truck, filed a claim for workmen's compensation benefits with the Industrial Accident Board. Later he filed with the board a petition for hearing, alleging the accident and injury; that he was totally disabled...
