This appeal is taken from the action of the trial court affirming judgments of the Mayor's Court of the City of Gould in two cases and the Justice of the Peace Court of Gould Township in Lincoln County in three cases. All charges were misdemeanors. The first conviction was had in the Mayor's Court on December 18, 1965 upon a charge of disturbing the peace and obstructing justice.
