This is an original proceeding in which the relators, City of Fort Worth, its governing Council and Secretary, sought a writ of mandamus ordering the Honorable Harold Craik, District Judge of Tarrant County, Texas, 153rd Judicial District, to vacate a restraining order issued by him on the 10th day of January 1967 at the instance of The National Foundation, a corporation.
