This is a suit for damages resulting from an automobile accident. The petitioners are Elvin B. Lockhart and his wife, Mrs. Shelly G. Lockhart. The defendants are McInnis-Peterson Chevrolet, Inc., its employee, Roy M. Bonadona, and the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, the liability insurer of McInnis-Peterson Chevrolet, Inc.
