By its petition Dubin-Haskell Lining Corp., (hereafter the company) seeks review of the action of the National Labor Relations Board which determined that the company had interrogated, discriminatorily discharged, and refused to reinstate an employee, Fred Cox, in violation of sections 8(a) (1), (3) and (4) of the National Labor Relations Act. The Board ordered that Cox be reinstated to his former position with back pay and all other rights...
