This case is an appeal from an order denying after hearing a petition for revocation of probate of the last will of a decedent.

On May 14, 1964, the last will and testament of John Wesley Burkhart, deceased, was admitted to probate by order of the County Judge of Pinellas County, and on the same day letters testamentary issued to Union Trust Company to act as Administrator Cum Testamento Annexo of said estate.
