In this secondary boycott case, the National Labor Relations Board has found that New York Local One-P of the Lithographers & Photo-Engravers Union has threatened, coerced and restrained Alco,1 an employer, and that "an object" of the Union's conduct was "forcing or requiring * * * [Alco] to cease doing business with * * * [another] person,"
