This suit is one in tort arising out of an accident involving an automobile being driven by Glenn Girouard, in which the plaintiff's daughter, Donna Moreau, was riding as a guest passenger, and a low-boy tractor-trailer combination being driven by John V. Morris, Sr., an employee of J. H. Rose Truck Lines, which low-boy combination was insured by Transport Insurance Company. Plaintiff sued to recover for the medical expenses incurred by his daughter...
