General Motors Acceptance Corporation, as plaintiff, brought suit against E. A. Payne, as defendant, to collect the balance due under the terms of a conditional sales contract. Plaintiff alleged that on or about August 24, 1965, defendant executed and delivered to A. C. Benson Chevrolet Company, Inc. a conditional sales contract in the principal sum of $4,360.32, payable in thirty-six monthly installments...
