Fender, for title and possession of a one-acre tract of land lying in the Isaac Renfro League in Smith County, Texas, and also sought judgment to enjoin defendant from interfering with his use of a certain roadway leading north from the said one-acre tract across defendant's intervening land for a distance of 290 feet to Texas Farm Road No. 850.
