This is a suit in the nature of a declaratory judgment action. J. W. Dougherty and his first wife, Callie Dougherty, had six children; namely, S. W. Dougherty, Leola Dougherty Williams, Basil Dougherty, Callie Lee Dougherty Mann, Nellie May Woods and Vera Dougherty Bidwell. Nellie May Woods died leaving three children; namely, Booth Woods, Alvis Woods and Dorothy Woods Dyer. The first four above named children together with Booth Woods, Alvis Woods...
