Plaintiff sued the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen (hereinafter referred to as the Trainmen), the Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen (hereinafter refererd to as the Firemen), and their respective officers for an order restraining them from striking.
