The appellants filed a suit in the nature of ejectment, etc. for the recovery of 10 acres of land lying in Baldwin County. When the trial commenced the appellants offered in evidence the deed from the predecessor in title to Eddie Jemison. No objection was made to the introduction of this deed. Following the introduction of this deed, the appellants sought to put in evidence a deed from Eddie Jemison and Minnie Jemison, his wife, to the other appellants...
