On May 3, 1962 claimant, a painter, fell from a ladder striking his back, left hip and thumb. Awards for the resulting injuries were made through October, 1963 when a finding of no further causally related disability was made. Subsequently, in June of 1965 claimant went to Dr. Zickel, an orthopedist, who after several examinations, the last of which was on August 16, 1965, filed a medical report in support of a reopening because of disability...
